Z njo bo imel mlad kader več možnosti ali bolj odprta vrata pri zaposlitvi.

V nadaljevanju je izpostavila še, da so za ambasadorje znanj določili uveljavljene znane osebnosti, z znanjem in izkušnjami, v okolju prepoznane, ki delujejo v večjih organizacijah ali različnih okoljih in so mladim zaradi tega zanimivi.
