Founder and president of the General Assembly of Formitas Group

Mojca Randl je samostojno pot v marketingu in oglaševanju pričela že leta 1988 in do danes s sodelavci razvila skupino Formitas: Formitas BBDO, AMKomunikacije in Brand Business School. Temelji njenega razmišljanja in delovanja so vizionarstvo, liderstvo, dolgoročnost in timsko delo.

Mojca Randl started her independent career in marketing and advertising in 1988 and has developed the Formitas group with her colleagues: Formitas BBDO, AMKomunikacije and Brand Business School. The foundations of her thinking and action are visioning, leadership, long-termism and teamwork. Her feeling for managing the agency and her emotional involvement in the projects gave her agency one of the first Cannes finalists from Slovenia, the integrated graphic image of the Petrol corporation and its service stations, Electrolux’s Rock Otočec, Fructal’s Frutabele ‘za pojest’ and last but not least the Start, Slovenia project!

She was the first director of the Golden Drum Festival (1993 and 1994). The idea of the first media pool in Slovenia (Media Pool, 1997) grew in her garden. She was a strong member of the team that built and managed Sempl (1998 – 2007). She participated in the initiatives for the formation of the SOZ and later its Court of Honor.
