Magistra Biologije, ki se danes ukvarja z vodenjem, komunikacijo in izobraževanjem odraslih je po končani srednji zdravstveni šoli postala profesorica biologije in kemije, Svojega prvega poklica ni nikoli zares opravljala, drugega pa le kratek čas. Izobraževalna pot je tlakovala zanimivo karierno pot, ki ji je dala zanje in širino, potrebno pri načrtovanju, izvajanju in evalvaciji izobraževalnih programov za odrasle. Zadnji dve desetletji vodi Ljudsko univerzo v Slovenski Bistrici. Kakovostno, lokalno andragoško središče je vzorčni primer javnega zavoda, ki skrbi za izobraževanje odraslih. Posebej jih odlikuje njihova družbena angažiranost v lokalnem okolju in zavezanost trajnostnemu razvoju.
Projekt “Ljudska gre na zeleno” ima temeljni cilj – zmanjšanje ogljičnega odtisa na celotni dejavnosti, ki jo izvajajo. Poslovne prostore so ob prenovi naredili energetsko učinkovite, postavili so solarne polnilne klopi z dostopom do interneta pred stavbo za občane, zmanjšujejo količino odpadkov, ki nastaja ob njihovem poslovanju, jih ločujejo na izvoru in uporabljajo materiale, ki se lahko reciklirajo. Izobražujejo in ozaveščajo o tajnostni mobilnosti ter alternativnih virih in vozijo električni avto.
S svojim znanjem in delovanjem prispeva k oblikovanju politike izobraževanja odraslih kot podpredsednica Strokovnega sveta za izobraževanje odraslih pri MIZŠ in predsednica njegove Komisije za obravnavo strateških vprašanj. Že tretji mandat je članica Državne komisije za poklicno maturo in večkratna urednica poročila o poklicni maturi. Sodelovala je v Komisiji za pripravo Smernic za izvajanje svetovalne dejavnosti v izobraževanju odraslih, ki se izvaja kot javna služba. Je tudi Epale ekspertka in ambasadorka platforme EPALE – največje skupnosti izobraževalcev odraslih.

Poučuje poslovni bonton in poslovno komunikacijo, metode dela z različnimi ciljnimi skupinami odraslih ter management in organizacijo izobraževalnih procesov.

M.Sc. Brigita Kruder is a passionate advocate of the benefits of lifelong learning. He believes that willingness to learn is a decision and a way of life that allows us to live empowered in modern society and connect with other people. For the last two decades, he has been leading the People’s University in Slovenska Bistrica. She teaches at the faculty and actively participates in the formulation of the national adult education policy as the vice president of the Expert Council for Adult Education.
The Master of Biology, who today deals with management, communication and adult education, became a professor of biology and chemistry after graduating from high school. The educational path paved an interesting career path that gave her the flexibility and breadth needed in the planning, implementation and evaluation of educational programs for adults. For the last two decades, he has been leading the People’s University in Slovenska Bistrica. A high-quality, local andragogic center is a model example of a public institution that provides adult education. They are particularly distinguished by their social engagement in the local environment and commitment to sustainable development.
The project “People go green” has a fundamental goal – to reduce the carbon footprint of the entire activity they carry out. During the renovation, the business premises were made energy efficient, solar charging benches with Internet access were placed in front of the building for citizens, they reduce the amount of waste generated during their operations, separate it at source and use materials that can be recycled. They educate and raise awareness about stealth mobility and alternative sources and drive an electric car.
With her knowledge and activities, she contributes to the formulation of adult education policy as the vice-president of the Professional Council for Adult Education at the Ministry of Education and Culture and the president of its Commission for dealing with strategic issues. For the third term, she is a member of the National Commission for Vocational Matriculation and multiple editors of the report on vocational matriculation. She participated in the Commission for the preparation of Guidelines for the implementation of advisory activities in adult education, which is carried out as a public service. She is also an Epale expert and ambassador of the EPALE platform – the largest community of adult educators.

He teaches business etiquette and business communication, methods of working with different target groups of adults, and management and organization of educational processes.
