Dr. Sabina Šegula – priznana floristka, ki je mojstrski izpit iz floristike uspešno zaključila na Nizozemskem, specializacijo za poročno floristiko pa v Ljubljani. Floristiko poučuje že več kot 25 let. v okviru svoje zasebne šole Floweracademy, ki je tudi prva zasebna šola floristike in hortikulture v Sloveniji, izvaja različna izobraževanja, tudi iz področja hortikulture (zelišča, medovite rastline, urejanje vrtov, teras, sobne rastline, zelnate okrasne rastline).
Na terenu izvaja svetovanja, zasaditve, oskrbo notranjih rastlin. Za vse, ki želijo edinstvene dekoracije za poročna slavja, obletnice in druge dogodke, svetuje, oblikuje in izvede celotna naročila.
Je avtorica mnogih strokovnih knjihg, člankov in hkrati urednica strokovne revije Akademija cvetja, ki v zadnjem času izhaja v elektronski obliki kot priročnik za izdelovanje različnih dekoracij.
Izjemno delo opravlja tudi pri velikonočni in božični krasitvi bazilike Sv. Petra v Vatikanu. V letu 2020 je odgovorna za božično krasitev prazničnih dreves v Vatikanu.

Dr. Sabina Šegula is a renowned florist, who successfully completed her master’s examination in floristry in the Netherlands and specialized in wedding floristry in Ljubljana. She has been teaching floristry for more than 25 years. Through her private school, Floweracademy—the first private school of floristry and horticulture in Slovenia—she conducts various educational programs, including courses in horticulture (herbs, honey plants, garden and terrace design, indoor plants, and ornamental herbaceous plants).
She provides on-site consultations, planting services, and interior plant care. For clients seeking unique decorations for weddings, anniversaries, and other events, she offers full-service design and execution.
Dr. Šegula is the author of numerous professional books and articles and the editor of the professional journal Akademija cvetja, which is now published in electronic form as a practical guide for creating floral decorations.
She has achieved exceptional recognition for her work on the Easter and Christmas decorations of St. Peter’s Basilica in the Vatican. In 2020, she was responsible for the Christmas decoration of the festive trees in the Vatican
