Dimitrij is a highly experienced professional manager with over 20 years of experience in leading large and medium-sized companies across Central Europe, Italy, and the Balkans. He has a proven track record of managing complex tasks in cross-border organizations and multicultural environments.

Prior to establishing his own business, Dimitrij held the position of President of the Management Board at Luka Koper d.d., where he was directly in charge of strategic development, investments, procurement, human resources, port security, public relations, and more.

Before that, he spent 15 years as Managing Director and Retail Manager in OMV Group, where he led the transformation and integration of companies in various countries.

Dimitrij holds a degree in mechanical engineering and has attended Executive Education programs in the UK and Switzerland. He is currently engaged in business development in the International Group dealing with rail transport across EU and non-EU countries.
