Dr. Alaa Garad, soustanovitelj in partner Centra Stirling za strateško učenje in inovacije na Škotskem. Njegovo strokovno zanimanje je usmerjeno v uporabo učnih mehanizmov na ravni posameznika, organizacij in vladnih struktur. Je akreditirani svetovalec in presojevalec programa Investors in People. Dr. Garad je tudi član Kraljeve družbe za umetnost, proizvodnjo in trgovino (Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce) ter certificirani pedagog za management in poslovanje pri Chartered Association of Business Schools v Združenem kraljestvu. Marca 2022 mu je njeno kraljevo veličanstvo, princesa Anne podelila nagrado Headline UK Excellence Award. Je avtor in soavtor poglavij v petih knjigah ter več kot 450 člankov, objavljenih v različnih časopisih.

Dr. Alaa Garad, co-founder and partner of the Stirling Centre for Strategic Learning and Innovation in Scotland. His professional interest is focused on the application of learning mechanisms at the level of individuals, organizations, and government structures. He is an accredited consultant and assessor of the Investors in People programme. Dr Garad is also a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce and a certified management and business educator with the Chartered Association of Business Schools in the United Kingdom. In March 2022, Her Royal Highness, the Princess Royal – Princess Anne, presented him with the Headline UK Excellence Award. He is the author and co-author of several chapters in five different books and he has also written more than 450 articles published in various periodicals.
