Docentka dr. Tanja Balažic Peček ima več kot 30 let managerskih izkušenj z inovativnimi projekti v pionirskih timih v vodilnih farmacevtskih podjetjih, kot so: Bayer, Lek, Sandoz in Novartis. Izkustveno je uvidela, da organizacije niso optimalne za soustvarjanje. Zato se osredotoča na izboljšanje organizacije, v smislu Kardeljevega sistema samoupravljanja in raziskuje bolj naravne rešitve v poslovni organizaciji. V letu 2018 je zaključila doktorat iz naprednih metod optimalne organizacije.
Sodelovala je z uglednimi mednarodnimi mentorji. Dr. Shobhana Radhakrishna jo je navdušila z Gandhijevo vizijo naravne ekonomije v nenasilnem svetu. Izraelska učiteljica samouresničitve Naomi Imber Feiberg ji je razkrila globlje razumevanje samoorganizacije v bolj naravnem življenju. Profesor kvantne fizike Davor Pavuna (EPFL, Švica) jo je navdihnil s poglobljenimi razlagami o koherenci v naravi in relevantnih inovacijah Nikole Tesle o prosti energiji v družbi prihodnosti.
V obstoječi digitalni dobi si prizadeva za izgradnjo optimalne organizacije v Sloveniji in Evropi. V tem duhu lahko ustvarimo dinamične organizacije, ki temeljijo na svetovno znanem Kardeljevem sistemu samoupravljanja, vendar z izboljšano zavestjo, primerno za 21. stoletje. Njena vizija je, da Slovenija postane vodilna država v harmoniji in blaginji, v dobrobit svojih prebivalcev.
Na Fakulteti za uporabne družbene študije (FUDŠ) v Novi Gorici je habilitirana za področje organizacijskih ved in predava o socialnih, IKT in organizacijskih možnostih za dosego skupnih ciljev. Ustanovila je Inštitut za Avtopoietično Organizacijo (IAO) v Ankaranu, z namenom revitalizacije ljudi in podjetij. Poleg doktorata in povezanih publikacij je tudi avtorica treh monografij, ki dajejo smernice za zdravo življenje v optimalni organizaciji v bionaravni družbi razcveta.
Assistant Professor Dr. Tanja Balažic Peček has more than 30 years of management experience with innovative projects in pioneering teams in leading pharmaceutical companies such as: Bayer, Lek, Sandoz and Novartis. She has experienced that organizations are not optimal for co-creation. Therefore, she focuses on improving the organization, in the sense of Kardelj’s self-management system, and researches more natural solutions in business organization. In 2018, she completed her PhD in advanced methods of optimal organization.
She has collaborated with prominent international mentors. Dr. Shobhana Radhakrishna inspired her with Gandhi’s vision of a natural economy in a non-violent world. Israeli self-realization teacher Naomi Imber Feiberg revealed to her a deeper understanding of self-organization in a more natural life. Professor of quantum physics Davor Pavuna (EPFL, Switzerland) inspired her with in-depth explanations of coherence in nature and Nikola Tesla’s relevant innovations on free energy in the society of the future.
In the current digital age, she strives to build an optimal organization in Slovenia and Europe. In this spirit, we can create dynamic organizations based on the world-famous Kardelj system of self-management, but with an improved consciousness suitable for the 21st century. Her vision is for Slovenia to become a leading country in harmony and prosperity, for the benefit of its citizens.
She holds a habilitation in the field of organizational sciences at the Faculty of Applied Social Studies (FUDŠ) in Nova Gorica and lectures on social, ICT and organizational possibilities for achieving common goals. She founded the Institute for Autopoietic Organization (IAO) in Ankaran, with the aim of revitalizing people and companies. In addition to her doctorate and related publications, she is also the author of three monographs that provide guidelines for a healthy life in an optimal organization in a flourishing bionatural society.
