Gospa Marta Strgar je kot nacionalna in Internacionalna koordinatorka v preteklih letih že pomagala: Dr. Antonu Komatu, Varuhinji človekovih pravic gospe Vlasti Nussdorfer, Unicefu,
Ambasadorki Dianne Lang, TD Bohinj – Gospe Mileni Košnik, skupini zdravnikov Brez meja oz. zdravnici Kotar.

Marta se je zaposlila v podjetju Krka, kjer je najprej vodila devizni plačilni promet, nato se ji je priključil še domači plačilni promet. Po končanem magisterju pa se je začela ukvarjati z mednarodnimi vprašanji obdavčitve na področju transfernih cen in danes skrbi za to področje v skupini Krka, ki ima svoja podjetja že v 27 tujih državah.

Z vodenjem in koordiniranjem sodelavcev se vseskozi srečuje na delovnem mestu, prav tako je bila pri delu mentorica že številnim mladim v času njihovega opravljanja obvezne šolske
prakse. Ustrezne socialne in organizacijske veščine ter kompetence je, poleg prakse, pridobivala in jih še naprej razvija na izobraževanjih na temo vodenja, ki jih omogoča in spodbuja njen delodajalec Krka. Kot zunanjo mentorico in koordinatorico jo je k projektu Ambasadorji znanja povabila ustanoviteljica projekta Marjetka Kastner, kar je, z omogočanjem razvijanja kompetenc mladih potencialov, ki iščejo svoje priložnosti na trgu dela, sprejela kot svoj prostovoljni prispevek h koristim širše družbene skupnosti.

She was employed by Krka, where at first was a Head of the International Payment Department, then also domestic payments were connected to her department. After completing of Master degree she began to deal with international issues of taxation in the area of transfer pricing and today she is responsible for this area in the Krka Group, which has its own companies (and the requirements laid down by the tax administrations f those countries) in 27 foreign countries.
She is constantly facing the managment and coordination of the co-workers in the workplace and she also has already been a mentor at work to many young people during their performance of compulsory school practice. Appropiate social and organizational skills and competences, in addition to practicem she was asquiring ans is still developing in managment training seminars, which enables and encourages her employer Krka. As an external mentor and coordinator with the project Ambassadors of Knowledge, she was invited by the founder of the project Marjetka Kastner. By facilitating the development of competences of young potentials which are looking for their chances on the labor market, sheadopted that invitation as her voluntary contribution to the interests of the wider social community.
