Chef Andy has more then 40 years of culinary experience, having worked in may 4 and 5 Star Hotel worldwide. His catering included Presidents and Royal Families, as well as having organized several Guinness World record events in Dubai.
He teaches now in International Hotel Management School (HTMi) in Switzerland), passing on his accumulated knowledge to a selected group of students. His special area of expertise is the Art of Pastry and Bakery.
Chef Andy is also a World Chefs Association (WACS) certified culinary judge and travels to judge at many high level International culinary competitions worldwide.
